Ba and Lautoka will feature in the final of the 2016 Vodafone National Under 17 League after the Boys-in Black finishing as winners and the Blues coming as runners- up.
The Vodafone Under 17 League was introduced this year which is fully funded by Fiji Football Association.
The competition was played in three zones in West, South and North.
In the Southern divisional final Tailevu Naitasiri defeated Rewa 2-0 in the first leg and host Rewa this Sunday at 1pm at Fiji Football Academy Ground in Vatuwaqa.
In the Northern Division, Labasa and Seaqaqa played to a 1-1 draw in the first leg and will host Labasa this Saturday at Seaqaqa Muslim Primary School at 11am.
Ba and Lautoka will play the first leg this Saturday at 3pm at Fiji FA Academy Ground in Ba.
Fiji FA competitions manager Amitesh Pal says the home and away goal rules will apply for the match, where the team which has scored more away goals wins.
He said the teams would not be able field in new players for the final play offs.
“As per regulations the teams will have to field in the players who have been registered within the competition time.”
“If the score remains tie after the completion of the second leg, then the result will be decided extra time of 15 minutes each way and kicks from the penalty mark.”
Pal said the Vodafone under 17 League has been very competitive around the country.
“There have been lot of competition amongst the young stars and the league has been very successful, “Pal said.
