The Lautoka Football side is the first team to book a spot for next year’s OFC Champions League and is likely to win the Vodafone Premier League this year.
The Kamal Swamy coached side plays Suva this Sunday and a draw will give them the victory after a lapse of eight years.
The race for the second spot will also get interesting as currently, Ba, Labasa, Rewa and Suva are in the running to finish as second and qualify with Lautoka to the OFC Champions League.
The Blues currently sit on top of the points table with 31 points after playing eleven matches and are undefeated while Labasa is on second spot with 21 points after playing twelve matches.
Ba is on third position with 19 points after playing 10 games while Rewa is on fourth position with 18 points after playing 11 matches.
Suva is on fourth position with eighteen points after 11 matches while Nadi is on sixth position with 17 points after playing 12 games.
Dreketi is on seventh position with four points after playing 12 matches while Rakiraki is on the bottom of the points table with one point after playinh 11 matches.
The second last round of the Vodafone Premier League matches will be played this weekend .
This weekend will see on Saturday at 3pm Ba host Rewa while at 2pm Rakiraki will play Dreketi at FSC Ground in Rakiraki.
Ba will host Dreketi on Sunday at 3pm while Lautoka will face Suva at Churchill Park while Nadi will host Rewa at 3pm.
