FIFA gives Fiji FA a new tractor

Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) bought a new tractor for its technical academy in Ba.

Academy general manager and technical director Ravinesh Kumar thanked FIFA and Fiji FA executives for investing in such a beneficial asset.
He said it was possible through FIFA Forward programme.

“We applied for this through the FIFA forward programme and we’re thankful that it got approved.

“We urgently needed a good tractor to upgrade our academy grounds here in the west,” Kumar said.

FIFA Forward is a “step change” for global football development and the way the world footballing statutory body share the success of the FIFA World Cup with the member associations.

The aim is to improve the way FIFA develop and support football across the globe, so that the sport can reach its potential in every nation and so that everyone that wants to take part can do so without barriers.
