Nadroga maps out development programme

Nadroga vice-president Jikoibau Matawalu said this step is taken to develop football in grassroot level and as well we would have good opportunity to identify talents to fill the pool of players we need to represent our district.#“We will build this up slowly towards having a fully fledged club team to be registered under our Nadroga Soccer Association and participate in our local club competition. #“We are also pleased to announce that Cuvu League is now processing their affiliation under Nadroga Soccer while we will have a league competition here in the Central Zone of which the top two from Cuvu League and Central Zones will play semifinal and the two finallists will qualify to represent Nadroga Soccer in the National Club Championships. #We are expecting more than 10 clubs for each zone which should give us a good start for grassroots development and talent identification.#Matawalu said they are also looking for a football coach and manager and requests interest person to contact the association.#“If you are interested please do not hesitate to contact us for more details and please pass this message across to your friends and to all Nadroga Soccer fans.”#
