The Vodafone National Club Championship is likely to be deferred this year says Fiji Football Association chief executive officer Bob Kumar.
He adds that they have only received four nominations from two districts which closed on Monday.
“We have only received nomination from Tailevu Naitasiri and Nadroga,”Kumar said.
Kumar said the Fiji FA Board would decide whether to deafer or cancel the National Club Championship this year.
“It will be decided by the Fiji FA Board what action to take to the districts who fail to send their nominations.
Kumar said only Rewa had written to them that they would not be able to complete their club games so they would not be sending their nominations.
“We have received a letter from Rewa FA that will not be nominating any club this year.”
There are other issues in the some of the districts which we will deal with.
The Vodafone National Club zonal play off was schedule this weekend and finals were to be played a week later.
