Shiek Ibrahim, the national football league board chairman said three matches have been played so far and that teams in Viti Levu have been divided in four zones. #A national league board meeting for the Vanua Levu teams is scheduled to take place this weekend in Labasa. #Ibrahim said the meeting will also discuss the format of the U21 league for the Northern division. #“The U21 league has kicked off in the Southern and Western zones. Three matches have been played and in the coming weeks other teams will be in action,” he said. #“The national league board will be having a meeting with the Northern team officials this weekend and we will also discuss on which format they would support for their U21 league.”#Last weekend Navua beat Suva 2-1 while Nadi edged out Lautoka 1-0 in the two U21 league matches played.
