Vice-captain Simione Tamanisau said the team went through an early morning training session to shake off some of the fatigue after 38 hours of travel and everything is going as planned.#“We had our first training session today and all are good here in Brazil,” said Tamanisau.#The Rewa goalkeeper said the boys are adjusting well to the environment in Brazil.#“Here, it is just like back home although it is a bit hotter compared to Fiji,” said Tamanisau.#He said the boys are getting used to the time change and are all looking forward for the matches ahead.#“We had some difficulties because of the jetlag but we are focused at training and looking forward to the first match.”#The Fiji police officer said he knows that every match for them will be tough but will do their best to be competitive.#“We will do our best and as a team we will play and make our country proud.”#Tamanisau said what the boys need is the support and blessings from the people of Fiji.#“We need everyone’s prayers and support from back home to do wonders here.”#Fiji is pooled with South Korea, Mexico and Germany and plays its first match against 2012 bronze medalist South Korea on 4 August.#
