Suva who has qualifies to the semifinal in the competition beating Labasa 2-0 last Saturday and then scored a stubborn goal against Nadroga 1-0. #Suva which has six points as same Ba but the side is on second position with Ba leading the group with better goal difference. #“I will give chance to my reserve players in the team to prove themselves against Ba and all the players who have got yellow cards in the previous two matches will sit out since we have qualified for the semifinal on Saturday,” Singh said.#Singh who has been guiding the Suva side for the second season says the side has played well in the first two days of the tournament.#“The boys played well in the first two matches despite having played two 90 minutes of matches in two days. Playing against Nadroga was not easy as they came fully prepared with the plan to beat us but they could not execute it.” Singh said after the Nadroga match.#However, Singh believes there is lot of work still needs to be done in the team before the tournament moves to Nadi.#“It is very important for us to polish our strike force as we have missed scoring on numerous occasions against Nadroga and this is one thing which needs to be addressed before we enter Prince Charles Park on Friday.” #Suva will not have the services of rugged central defender Samuela Vula who has copped two yellow cards in the two games will miss the match against Ba but #Singh said they have other plans in place in the absence of Vula.#“Samuela Vula’s absence will be a worry for the side but then we have other capable players to fill in the position against Ba in final group stage.” Singh said.# Fiji FA MEDIA #
