It was a special and emotional moment at Subrail Park, Labasa, as former Ba, Lautoka and Rewa goalkeeper Isikeli Seva Senior proudly escorted his son, Isikeli Sevanaia Junior, to receive the Golden Glove Award at the BiC Fiji FACT 2026.
The award capped a memorable tournament for the young goalkeeper, whose outstanding performances played a vital role in Roylux Realty Ba FC’s successful campaign.
Sevanaia was the hero in the grand final, producing a crucial save in the penalty shootout against IRA Group Navua FC to help Ba secure a 3-1 shootout victory after a goalless draw following extra time, ending the Men in Black’s 16-year wait for the prestigious Fiji FACT title.
From one generation to the next, it was a moment of pride, legacy and football excellence that the Seva family will cherish forever.
