Pratap Calls For Support

The Fiji GOLD Suva Football Association president Ritesh Pratap is calling fans to come out in numbers and support when the two cities battle at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori this Sunday at 3pm.

“I urge fans to come out in numbers and support the boys,”Pratap said.

The Smart and Efficient Security Services boss said the unavailability of the ANZ Stadium forced them to host the match in Nausori.

“The ANZ Stadium is closed so we did not have an option but to take our match to Nausori and I know it will not be difficult for the fans to make it.

He said the fans were the twelfth players and their support boosts the performance of the team.

“The fans are always the twelfth players in any match and if the fans are in numbers supporting the team the players perform well, “he said.

Pratap believes his young brigadiers have the guts to beat the star studded Lautoka side.

“I am sure my boys have the spirit to beat Lautoka and we are preparing well for them, “he said.

The Naithan Shivam coached side have played two matches in the league which they won one and loss one.
