Ba has confirmed a spot in next year’s Oceania Football Confederation Champions league after the side seats on top of the points table with 31 points.
The Men-in-Black defeated Nadi 3-0 on Sunday and are also on the edge of winning the Vodafone Premier League title this years.
Ba now needs one point from two more matches to win this year’s title.
Meanwhile, Rewa registered six points last weekend from north with a 3-1 and 2-1 wins over Labasa and Dreketi respectively.
Rewa has 25 points and need two points from the remaining two games to confirm a spot in the OFC Champions League.
To win the League title, Rewa will need two big wins in its remaining couple of matches and will hope Ba loses both games.
In other matches played in the weekend Nadroga upset Lautoka 2-1 while Suva and Dreketi played to a 1-all draw.
At the bottom of the points table, Nadroga has six points while Dreketi has nine.
In this week’s matches, Lautoka takes on Suva on Friday at 7.30pm at Prince Charles Park while at the same time, Ba plays Dreketi at Govind Park.
In the lone match on Saturday, Nadi battles Labasa at 4pm at Prince Charles Park.
At the same venue on Sunday, Nadi plays Dreketi at 3pm while Ba plays Labasa at Govind Park at 4pm.
Suva will play Nadroga at a venue yet to be confirmed while at 4pm Rewa hosts Lautoka at 4pm at Ratu Cakobau Park.
In the last match of the season, Nadroga plays Rewa at 7pm at Lawaqa Park next Tuesday.
