Ba too strong for Warriors

Malakai Tiwa and Laisenia Naioko getting one each while Nigerian goal scoring machine Sanni Issa was on fire getting a hat trick of goals in the second half.
Ba’s stylish midfielder Malakai Tiwa scored the opening goal for the side in the thrid minute of play when he put the ball into the net though the diving keeper.
Ba were backed by their loyal fans and the school childern who came to support the Ba in one of the crucial match in the competition. The crowd cheered when ever goal scoring sensation Sanni Issa were on attack for the home side.
The scores were 1-0 at the half time breather with Ba leading. The side came strongly in the second half when Sanni Issa started his magic of scoring three minutes after the break.
He added two more in the 63rd and 75th minute of the match to complete the hat trick of goals in the match.
Laisenia Naioko compeleted the scoing of goals for the day in the 86th minute of play when he rifiled home the shot to being more delight to the fans.
Ba coach Yogendra Dutt said the win was for the people of Ba.
“ It is a proud moment for the Ba fans who came to support the team. The fans were disappointing after the match against Hekari United last Saturday but are happy with the win today (yesterday) as we are having Ram Naumi and the people would surely be talking about the win around the grog basin,” School master Dutt said.
He also said that they have a secret of how to untilse Sanni Issa to score goals in the match. Issa has scored in every round of Champions League Ba has played so sar.
Solomon Warriors coach Brendon Crichton they were beaten by the better team on the day.
“We were totally outplayed by the Ba side. The Ba players were big, physical and clinical. All the best to them in the competition. Definitely our aim would be come and play again in the Champions League.” Crischton said.
Ba has topped the group with 10 points and plays Amicale FC. Men in Black travels to Vanuatu to play Amical on Saturday at Port Villa Stadium.
