Nasinu on Track

Nasinu was relegated to Premier Division in 2010 after losing to Savusavu.
According to team director Pravin Singh the team is capable to regain their spot which once they held.
At the end of this season two super premier teams will be relegated to the premier division and thus from next season the premier division winner will get gain an automatic promotion.
“Our plan is to bring Nasinu back in the Super Premier next season as there will be no promotion this year but we are giving our best to do the people of Nasinu proud. We are still fighting to get our place back and the dedication shown by the players is something which is very positive.” Singh said.
Singh says they have eyed few big names from other districts to join their campaign as they progress.
“We will be bringing in players from other district to strengthen the side but at the moment we do not want to make the names of the players publicly but we have talked to the players who are interested to join us,”
In the Premier Division matches last weekend Nasinu were on fire collecting maximum points on offer.
Nasinu defeated Vatukoula 3-1 and Haroons Hardware Rakiraki 3-2 in the tight battle at the Saraswati Manoca grounds.
In the other matches Tailevu Naitasiri defeated Vatukoula 4-1 then going down to Rakiraki 2-1.
Nasinu plays Lami this Saturday at USP grounds, 3pm.
