Marketting Manager

The core competencies that are required include (but not limited to):
• Marketing experience
• Negotiation skills
• Proven sales ability and experience
• Relationship management
• People management
• Fiji football knowledge preferable
• Tertiary qualification preferable (marketing or business)
• Computing skills
Applicants should be qualified and experienced to engage at a senior level with all key partners and stakeholders. This person would need to operate in a proactive manner, have a ‘can do’ attitude and work efficiently with a wide variety of stakeholders.
A role summary is outlined:
Revenue Generation:
• Maximizing sponsorship opportunities
• Merchandising programme
• Event revenue
• Rights revenue (media, broadcast, licensing etc)
• Advertising sales
• Optimizing Fiji Football Association infrastructure (events, signage, conferences, accommodation)
• Marketing plan development/implementation (teams, events, assets)
• Media/communication plan (including digital)
• Research (customer experience, tracking of FFA brand perceptions)
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
