Southern teams ready to battle

Lami sit on 11 points after three wins and two draws while on second spot is Tailevu/Naitasiri with eight points from two wins, two draws and a loss.
Fiji Football Association vice-president and national league board chairman Yogeshwar Singh said the competition in southern zone has been very interesting.
“We have finished the first round of matches in the south and all matches have been competitive.”
Singh said they go more into the competition the teams are now more prepared.
The five teams in southern zone are playing round robin and the winner will play Western Zone and the winner from that will the northern zone winner in the national final in which the winner will get automatic promotion in the Premier Division.
The matches will played this Sunday at Fiji FA Academy Grounds in Vatuwaqa.
