The Ba Town Council and Ba Chamber of Commerce jointly organised the celebration to honor Ba’s 24th Courts IDC victory and 80years of success in football.#Chairman Anil Amin said after low performances last season, the crazy fans of Ba were worried.#”The trend for them is that Ba should win all the tournaments,” Amin said.#”At this IDC, there was no loss for Ba and they only conceded one goal which is a big achievement. This feat won the hearts of the fans.”#Amin said with the victory Ba had kick-started the 2015/2016 season on a high note.#”Ba is back on track,” he said.#”This victory adds flavour to the 80th anniversary celebrations. Zaira Begg of Ba won the Miss Fiji Pageant title, the Ba under-12 won the Inter Primary Championship and Xavier College won the zonal event so the district has achieved a lot of success this year.”#The players received cash and gift packs given by the business community.
