This was after the lanky midfielder copped a yellow in two consecutive matches against Labasa on Wednesday and Rewa on Thursday.
All other players from the four semi finalsts Suva, Nadi, Labasa and Ba are cleared to feature for their respective districts.
The Imdad Ali-coached Ba is eyeing for their 24th IDC title since its beginning in 1938 and the Men in Black will be in full force in front of their home fans when they take on the Capital City boys.
Suva, on the other hand, will be out to defend their title as they defeated Nadi 1-0 in the final last year.
Meanwhile in the first semi-final, Ram’s Cleaning/Jacks Nadi will also be a team to watch will be out to end their 12-year drought after missing out on last two consecutive finals in 2013 and 2014 while Labasa, who already have Fiji Fact title in bag, will be eyeing for the second major title of this year.
The first semi-final is scheduled to kick off at 5pm while the second knockout encounter will take place at 7pm.
