Nadi was first to score through Semesa Muadonu in the second spell but sloppy defence by the Jetsetters allowed Ratu Josefata Dugucagi to level the match minutes later.
Muadonu found the target again in the 60th minute for Nadi to lead 2-1, only for the lanky Peni Finau to equalize in the 72nd minute.
Lautoka will play Nadroga and Nadi will face Ba in their final Pool B fixture on Friday.
