The applicant should be mindful of current performance of the team. The association is experiencing a lot of problems in this area and during this crucial stage, appointing a coach under the current scenario will be very carefully elaborated on as we have the BOG and other important National League games to prepare for with immediate effect.
The applicant should also include method or ways to improve the team performance. Rest will be discussed during the interview.
