The date for the 2022 Digicel Women’s Inter District Championship has been shifted to a week later.
Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf said this was due to the national team traveling to Australia for the Pacific Women’s Four Nation Tournament.
“The women’s IDC was supposed to start on November 11 but since our Kulas will be in Australia we are shifting the tournament for a week ahead,” said Yusuf.
“We will have the group stages from 18-20 November at Ratu Cakobau Park in which eight teams consist of Digicel Women’s Senior League champions Nadi and runner-up Navua with Digicel Super League team Ba, Labasa, Suva, Rewa, Tailevu Naitasiri and Nadroga will take part.”
“The semi-finals and final will be played during the Ram’s Cleaning Services Pacific Community Cup which will be played at Prince Charles Park in Nadi from 24-27 November.”.-
