Farmtrac Tractors Labasa FC coach Ravneel Pratap has dedicated Babasiga Lions 2022 Punjas Battle of the Giants victory to his firstborn.
‘This win is very special for him because this is my first father’s day as a father,” said Pratap
‘I am a father of a four-month-old baby and my first child and this win will be cherished for a lifetime,”
Pratap also dedicated the win to all the fathers.
“This is a win dedicated to all fathers, my father at home and all the players and their fathers,” said the Labasa school teacher.
The side beat Rewa 2-1 thanks to replacement France Catarogo’s goal in the first half of extra time in front of a good crowd at Churchill Park.
The win is Labasa’s third-only BOG title.
