The Vodafone National League continues this weekend in the respective districts and age groups.
National League Board chairman Yogeshwar Singh said there had been some interruptions in the weekly running of the games due to adverse weather condition but we hope to continue the matches this weekend.
“We have two interesting matches in the Vodafone Premier League week four where we will see the Clash of the Cites and the Battle of Neighbors, “he said.
This Saturday at 1.30 pm arch rivals Labasa will play Dreketi at 1.30pm at Subrail Park in Labasa while Suva will host Lautoka on Sunday at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
At both venues fireworks are expected to explode and I urge fans to come out in numbers and support their teams.
The Vodafone Senior League 2017 – Round 2 (Viti Levu Zone) will be played on Sunday 12 March.
At Theodore Park, Vatukoula at 2.00pm Vatukoula will host Nasinu, at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka at 3.00pm Nadroga will face Navua and at Fiji FA Academy, Ground will see at 1.00pm Northland Tailevu vs. Tailevu Naitasiri match and 3pm Lami takes on Tavua.
