Suva still find its rhythm

The Unique Rubber Stamp Suva FC is still trying to find its rhythm.

This was according to the head coach Maxwell Thaggard following its 0-1 loss to the Viti Water Flow Lautoka FC in the Digicel Premier League encounter on Sunday.

He said football is all about taking chances and finishing.

“That’s football, you don’t take your chances and put it in, you don’t win.

“Fortunately Lautoka had a chance, they put it in and won,” he said.

Thaggard said the two Ni-Vanuatu imports, Alex Saniel and Azaria Soromon, who both started against Lautoka are still trying to jell into the team.

“We are still trying to find our rhythm.

“We got in two strikers and they just can’t come overnight and jell.

“They have done some good moves but they had some opportunities which they did not put it in.”

He is urging the Suva fans to come out at ANZ Stadium this Sunday to support the team when they take on the unbeaten Labasa FC at 3pm.
