Six new coach educators

Fiji FA will now have six more coach educators after they completed a three-day OFC Coach Educators Course at the Tanoa Plaza in Suva last week.

Fiji FA Coaches Educator Master Yogendra Dutt says it was great to see Fiji FA has more coach educators after they successfully completed a three-day course.

“We have Jotivini Tabua our development officer from North, Labasa coach Ravneel Pratap, we have Babs Khan, Tagi Vonolagi, Sailosi Danford from South, and  Mohammed Rizwan from Lautoka.

“The reason we distributed the coaches this way is so that they can facilitate and educate other coaches in their area,”

Dutt said they have become certified coaches after the course.

“They have become certified coaches and in conjunction with the coaching department they will be conducting coaching courses now,”

He said the course was about educating coaches.

“When we talk about license coaches they will be coaching teams so this is the difference so the educators will now educate other coaches,”

“This was the first time ever Fiji FA hosted the course and we are proud that Fiji has become the host of the pioneer course,”
