The Mom N Pop League continues to be an attraction for the kids U10 together with the parents at ten different centers across the nation every Saturdays.
Among these kids are Rajnesh Ramacake Singh, 7, and six-year-old Isaac Karan Singh.
The two brothers have been attending this programme with their parents Rajnesh Karan Singh (father) and Alumeci Singh (mother) every Saturdays at Fiji FA Academy in Ba.
The mother of the two, Alumeci Singh, said they got inspired from his uncle Ravnesh Karan Singh who is currently playing for the Labasa Football Team.
“My kids are very much passionate when it comes to football as they also get inspired from their uncle.
“I’m very much thankful to Fiji Football Association for organizing programs of such kind which will surely help the young ones at grassroot level to build interest towards football.
“Many kids nowadays are mostly staying indoor and get occupied with the mobiles phones.
“I don’t want this to happen with my kids as both of us (parents) want them to also be physically fit which is something very important to every individual.”
