Four teams are confirmed for the semi-finals of the 2020 Vodafone Women’s Inter District after the second day of pool matches at ANZ Stadium in Suva.
Suva and Rewa have qualified from Group A while Ba and Labasa are through from Group B this after the Capital side defeated Nadroga 1-0 and Lady Tigers won 2-0 against Nasinu while Ba walloped Tailevu Naitasiri 6-2 and Labasa thrashed Nadi 4-0 on day two of the competition.
Suva and Rewa are both on six points with same goal difference. They will meet tomorrow in their final pool match to decide the winner and runner up from Group A while Ba and Labasa also have six points but Ba has better goal difference and they will also meet tomorrow to decide who will top Group B and who will go in as runner-up.
Today’s results: Rewa 2-0 Nasinu. Ba 6-2 Tailevu Naitasiri. Suva 1-0 Nadroga, Labasa 4-0 Nadi
