Rewa Football Club delivered a dominant performance at the 2024 Extra Supermarket Fiji FA Awards Night, securing multiple prestigious awards during an unforgettable evening at the Crowne Plaza in Nadi last night.
The Delta Tigers were honored as the South Pacific Business Solutions Team of the Year, a recognition of their exceptional season and their unwavering commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch.
Rewa FC’s president, Nazeel Buksh, was celebrated for his exceptional leadership, winning the Smart Security Services Administrator of the Year Award. His strategic vision and dedication have been pivotal in steering the club to new heights.
In futsal, Adi Veronica earned accolades by claiming the Extra Supermarket Futsal Player of the Year Award (Female), underlining her consistent brilliance in the sport.
The evening’s highlight was the crowning of Rewa FC players as the year’s top footballers. Adi Litia Bakaniceva, a dynamic midfielder, was named Extra Supermarket Footballer of the Year 2024 Female, while Ratu Tevita Warainivalu clinched the Extra Supermarket Footballer of the Year 2024 Male award for his outstanding contributions on the field.
Both players received $5000 shopping vouchers from Extra Supermarket and a $500 cash prize for their remarkable achievements.
