NORTHLAND-TAILEVU Football Association kicked off its futsal league last weekend ..
The inaugural edition of the league was played on Sunday at USP Gymnasium in Laucala with eight clubs.
Association head coach Kritesh Prasad said that the league will be truly path-breaking for Northland Tailevu FA.

“The futsal league will allow our players to showcase their skills and will generate interest in more players in the game,”
The former Northland Tailevu rep said the main objective for the league was to develop more futsal players.
“Eight teams participating in the league will play two rounds of competition which will be fourteen matches for a team, “said Prasad

He added that all teams will be given a trophy for their participation.
