The 2019 Vodafone National Club Championship will be played in early December.
Fiji Football Association acting chief executive officer and competitions manager Amitesh Pal confirmed the tournament would be held in two weekends.
“The zonal play-offs will be held from Friday December 6 to Sunday 8 at three venues, “said Pal.
“The southern zone will be held at Fiji FA Academy Ground in Vatuwaqa, the western zone will be played at Fiji FA Academy Grounds in Ba while the northern zone venue is yet to be confirmed,”
Pal said the final play-offs would be held from Friday December 13 to Monday 15 at a venue yet to be decided.
“Its compulsory for all districts to nominate two top clubs from tier one competition of their local league for the Vodafone National Club Championship,” said Pal.
He said only top two clubs would be accepted.
“If any of the top clubs opts not to participate there will be no next best nomination,”
“All club nominations with updated local league must reach Fiji Football Association by 27 November and late nominations will not be accepted, “said Pal.
Pal urged districts to complete their local league on time and nominate clubs before deadline.
