Fiji Football Association Board Member Naziah Ali-Krishna has been selected to be part of the FIFA/UEFA Women in Football Leadership Program in Zurich this week.
She is one of the twenty-four lucky recipient to be chosen for the week-long workshop out of the 211 applicants.
Confirming to Fiji FA Media, she said the program will see various indoor and outdoor sessions focusing on areas such as leadership and self-awareness, myths and realities about women in leadership, leadership challenge cases, influencing skills and executive presence, team dynamics, parallel sessions (1 – 1 coaching sessions and Coaching and Mentor ship workshop), panel discussions etc.
During the training week, the participants will also have a unique opportunity to listen to and interact with keynote speakers on the topics surrounding women, football and leadership.
The program is scheduled from 18-22 November at the Home of FIFA in Switzerland.
