Navua FC Secures Spot in 2024 Pacific Community Cup

Navua Football Club has qualified for the 2024 Pacific Community Cup, marking their first-ever appearance in the tournament.

The competition will feature eight teams, including four from Fiji: Lautoka, Labasa, Rewa, and Navua.

The qualification was based on each team’s performance throughout the year:

Lautoka earned 13 points by winning the Fiji FACT, BOG, and securing third place in the DFPL while Labasa accumulated 11 points after finishing second in the DFPL, reaching the Fiji FACT semi-finals, and winning the FMF IDC 2024.

Rewa qualified with nine points for winning the DFPL and appearing in the BOG and IDC semi-finals while Navua clinched their spot with eight points, having reached the Fiji FACT and FMF IDC finals.

Joining the Fijian clubs are international teams: USA All-Stars, AUFFI All-Stars, NZFFI All-Stars, and Auckland All-Stars.

The tournament will be held from November 28-31 at Churchill Park in Lautoka, hosted by the Australian Fiji Football Incorporated (AUFFI).
