THE Nasinu futsal side is leading the Digicel Futsal League southern zone points table after the end of round five of the competition.
The Mira Sahib-coached side after four wins and a loss sit on top of the table with 12 points. Nasinu defeated Rewa 6-4 in the opening match while lost to Tailevu Naitasiri 2-3 in the second match.
The side regrouped in the third round and thrashed Lami 5-1 and created major upset in the fourth round beating defending champions Suva 4-3 in a nail biting clash and won 2-0 against Northland Tailevu in their last match last Friday.
Nasinu is yet to play Navua in the first round of the competition.
Lami, Suva and Navua have seven points each while Rewa has six points, Suva has four points while Northland Tailevu is yet to register a point.
In the Round Six competition this evening at 6pm Navua will play Northland Tailevu, Lami and Tailevu Naitasiri will clash at 8pm while Suva and Rewa will wrap up round six at 8pm at FMF Gymnasium in Suva.
