Defending champion Lautoka football side knows the path to successful Pacific Cup title defense would not be a smooth one.
Claiming the title for the first time beating NZFFI All Stars in the final at Sydney United Football Stadium in Australia last year, Association president Shalendra Prasad said their aim is to prepare the best team to defend the title.

Blues will be laced by the experienced national reps like goalkeeper Beniamino Mateinaqara, top finishers like Samuela Drudru, Dave Radrigai, veteran Jone Vono Jnr, defender Poasa Bainivalu, national U23 reps Muni Shivam Naidu and Sekove Finau with the youngest being 18-year-old Aprosa Yada.
The side will also feature guest players in the tournament.
Lautoka opens its campaign against Suva in the feature match of day one at 9.30pm. They meet AUFFI All Stars at 7pm on day two, battles Auckland All Stars at 8.15pm on day three before taking on USA All Stars in their final pool match at 12.30pm on day four.
