The final pool matches of the 2019 Vodafone Fiji FACT will be interesting as Lautoka is the only team to book a spot in the semi-finals.
Lautoka after thrashing Tavua 8-2 in the first match on Friday continued their winning streak beating Labasa 2-1 this evening.
Labasa will have to beat Tavua with a big goal margin and hope Lautoka beats Suva to qualify for the semi-final.
On the other hand Suva after beating Tavua 6-1 and with draw against Labasa will need a draw against Lautoka to advance into the semi-finals from Group A.
Group B is wide open as all teams have chances of qualifying to the semifinal.
Nasinu came back strongly from yesterday’s loss to hold Ba 2-2 to keep its chances alive.
Nasinu will have to beat Nadi tomorrow while Nadi, after beating Rewa 2-1 today, has to beat Nasinu to advance to the semifinals.
Ba has four points while Rewa after beating Nasinu 3-0 will have to beat Ba to book a spot in top four while Ba just need a draw.
Looking at tomorrow’s matches, Nasinu will play Nadi at 11am, Labasa will face Tavua at 1pm, Rewa will play Ba at 3pm while Lautoka will take on Suva at 5pm
