The NZ Fans Club Labasa side will enter the 2022 Digicel FACT as underdogs, says president Rayaz Khan.
“We are preparing well for the tournament and I am sure many fans have rated us out but we will come in as underdogs,”
“We had some poor performance in the DPL but we know what it is like to play in a major tournament.”
He said the players had been reminded of the task ahead.
” I have full faith in them. We have same players and I am sure they will regroup in the tournament,” he said
” I am calling on the all die-hard Labasa fans to come out and support the team as we will not let any stones unturned to prepare for the tournament,”
“We are confident on a good outing,”
Labasa takes on Rewa this Sunday at 5pm at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
