The Labasa women’s football side has taken the lead in the Digicel Women’s Super League after beating Tailevu Naitasiri 6-1 in round ten at the Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori on Sunday.
The Arthur Simmon-coached side has taken clear four points to lead against defending champions Ba.
Labasa sits on top of the point table ladder with 26 points while Ba is on the second spot with 22 points.
Suva is on third place with 14 points while after a 6-5 win over Ba on Saturday sits on the fourth position with 13 points.
Nadroga is in fifth place with seven points while Tailevu Naitasiri sits on the bottom of the table with one point.
In Round 11, Rewa will Labasa, Suva will battle Ba while Tailevu Naitasiri will Nadroga.
