Solomon Islanders have been recruited by some districts to bolster the side this year during the pre-season transfer window which closed last weekend.
Lautoka has also secured the services of Benjamon Totori, Gerrard Rongosulia, Jino Liomauri and Wilson Doedoke. Totori is not new to the Blues camp as he has featured for the side before moving to Ba last year for the OFC Champions League.
He last played for FC Isabel United. Rongosulia is a midfielder who played for Solomon Island national U20 and U23 and also played for Nasinu last season before heading home to join Laugu United Liomauri and Doedoke are stylish strikers who are all cleared for the blues.
Rewa has secured the services of Solomon Islands national reps Allen Peter and Atkin Kaua.
Kaua, a midfield general, played for Nasinu in the Vodafone Premier League last year and had to fly home when borders were closed due to COVID-19.
Peter, who is a natural defender, is well suited in central defence or defensive midfield.
The pair played for Laugu United in the 2020/2021 TSL season and has been released by the club to play for the Delta Tigers.
Meanwhile Rewa has also applied for the release of Suva’s Madhavan Goundar and NZ based former Ba defender Kishan Sami.
Three Solomon Islanders will boost Navua’s campaign in the 2021 domestic season.
Rugged defender Arnold Keni, midfielder Patrick Taroga and striker Jeffrey Wasi have signed with the Southerners and will add more depth to their squad.
Taroga played for Suva in the last season while experienced Keni and Wasi, who is a natural striker will be playing district football for the first time.
Nigerian defender Michael Oyesanya has been cleared to feature for Suva this season.
Oyesanya moved to Fiji with fellow countryman Jibola Afonja last year but could not represent Suva as his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) was still with Samoa’s Kiwi FC.
