Grassroots coaching course in Rakiraki

The first ever Fiji FA Grassroots Football Development coaching course will be held this weekend in Rakiraki.

Fiji FA acting technical director Yogendra Dutt confirmed that 23 participants would be attending the course at Naria Primary School.

“It great to see the interest of so many people from both genders eager to learn the grassroots development coaching, “said Dutt.

“The three-day grassroots football development course has been designed to assist coaches, teachers, and volunteers to provide appropriate and enjoyable football activities for children aged between 6 to 12 years,”

He said they fully supported this kind of courses and urged participants to make full use of it.

“We at Fiji FA are very much committed in the development of football from the grassroots and a course such as this is a great pathway.”

The course will be conducted by Dutt from this Friday 26 to Sunday 28.
