Sand Sational Beach Soccer Club’s striker Rajneel Singh scooped the Golden Boot Award at the Digicel Lami Regional Beach Soccer championship at FSC Beach Soccer pitch in Laucala last Sunday.
Singh scored nine goals in the tournament and also scored a goal in the final against Blue Demons which they lost 1-2.
“I am really happy to receive this award and I thank God for giving the strength and skills to play football,” said Singh
He said he aims to don the national jersey in beach soccer.
“I really enjoyed playing and scoring goals and my aim is to wear the Fiji jersey in Beach Soccer,”
“I will continue playing this code of the game and I thank my team officials for giving me an opportunity to show my skills in the championship.
