The Vodafone Futsal League officially kicked off with the first two rounds of matches played last week.
In the Southern division, it was held at the Fiji FA Futsal court in Vatuwaqa on Wednesday night while the western league was played at the multipurpose court in Lautoka on Saturday.
Fiji FA futsal development officer Mira Sahib said most of the teams were now getting adapted to the game futsal.
“When we started the futsal league, we could see that a lot of players were not very much used to the game and laws of futsal,” Sahib said.
“But now we can see a lot of improvement shown because a lot of them are taking interest in futsal. Their performance and game understanding shows most of them getting adapted to the game of futsal.”
