The final round of the Digicel Fiji Premier League promises excitement as the champions, Extra Supermarket Rewa FC, have already secured the title, but the focus shifts to the intense relegation battle between Nasinu FC and Tailevu Naitasiri FC.
Nasinu FC will host Nadroga FC at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour on Sunday at 3 pm, while Tailevu Naitasiri will take on Lautoka FC at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori, where a doubleheader is scheduled. In the earlier match, Flick Hygiene Suva FC will battle Nadi FC at 1 pm. Both Nasinu and Tailevu Naitasiri are under pressure, with their Premier League survival on the line, as they fight to avoid relegation.
Rewa FC, having already claimed the championship, will travel to Ba to face the Men-in-Black at the Fiji FA Academy Ground at 3 pm. Meanwhile, on Saturday at 1:30 pm at Subrail Park, the Babsiga Lions of Labasa will host Navua FC in what promises to be another competitive match.
