The semi-finalists of the Digicel Fiji FACT 2023 have been confirmed after an exciting three days of Group stage at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
In the first semi-final this Saturday at 2 pm, Lautoka will face Labasa while at 4.30 pm Rewa will battle Ba.
Hyperchem Pharmacy Lautoka FC finished on top while Rooster Chicken Ba FC ended as runner-up in Group A while AK Plumbing & Glamada Rewa FC topped Group B and Extra Supermarket Labasa FC finished as runner-up.
Ba and Lautoka had seven points, but a better goal difference puts the Blues on top while Rewa earned five points and Labasa finished with four from Group B.
Ba won 2-1 against Navua on the opening day, defeated Suva 2-1, and drew 1-1 against Lautoka in the final Group A match today.
Lautoka won 1-0 against Suva, defeated Navua 4-2, and drew 1-1 with Ba.
Ba , Lautoka, and Rewa have been undefeated in the Group stages.
Rewa won 1-0 over Labasa and drew 0-0 against Tailevu Naitasiri while drew 1-1 with Nadi FC and Labasa after a loss with Rewa, they drew 2-2 against Nadi and defeated Tailevu Naitasiri 5-2 in the final match.
