The Digicel Fiji FACT 2022 pool draws will be held this Friday at the Fiji Football Association Headquarters in Vatuwaqa this Friday.
This was confirmed by the Fiji FA chief executive officer, Mohammed Yusuf.
“This year’s tournament will feature a total of 10 teams which will be played over seven match days.
“The tournament will be played over three weekends which will also run simultaneously with the RC Manubhai / APCO Coatings Veterans tournament in the final week,” Yusuf said.
Yusuf said this is one of the most anticipated tournaments as we could not have it last year.
“A lot of people which includes the teams and fans are already looking forward to this tournament as we could not run it last year due to the second wave of covid-19 in Fiji.
“This is also a special one for our major sponsor Digicel as it will be the first major tournament since their new sponsorship signing last year.
“We at Fiji FA will do everything possible to ensure a smooth flow of the tournament.”
