Fiji’s lone female professional footballer Trina Davis scored her first goal and the winner for ASA Tel Aviv as they defeated Maccabi Kishronot Hadera 3-2 in the Israeli Women’s Premier League last week.
The 19-year-old striker found the back of the net in the 90th minute of the tensed encounter.
ASA Tel Aviv is second on the points table with 25 points after 12 matches while Maccabi Kiryat Gad leads the standing with 32 points.
