Ba defeated Rewa 3-1 to lead Group B with seven points and a spot in the semi-final of the 2019 Vodafone Fiji FACT at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
The Men-in-Black after their win assisted Nadi as the second team to qualify from Group B
Saula Waqa, Shazeel Ali and Ratu Dau scored a goal each for Ba while Gabrieli Matanisiga pulled one back for Rewa.
The semi-finals and final will be played next weekend at the same venue here in Lautoka.
