The 2012 Fiji Sun GP Batteries National Football League kicks off tonight at the TFL National Stadium. Below is a message from the Fiji Football Association National League Board Chairman.
“A very welcome to you all as we prepare the start of the 2012 Fiji Sun GP Batteries National Football League.
After a numerous weeks of postponements we are finally ready to launch the league season.
Our prayers are with the people affected with the recent floods and we hope they can quickly recover from the ordeal.
The 2012 Fiji Sun GP Batteries National Football League is shaping up to be a very successfully one.
Looking at the recent transfer and registration window, a lot of players have joined new districts so I’m sure fans will be interested to see their sides in action with the inclusion of new talents.
To the general public please come out in numbers and support your districts. The fans are our important assest and we hope to see you throughout the season.
To the districts associations please follow the right procedures and show good sportsmanship.
