Fiji Football Association chief executive officer Bob Kumar says only Tuimasi Manuca and Pita Bolaitoga so far have been cleared.#Kumar says Lautoka striker Osea Vakatalesau, Ba duo Alvin Singh and Malakai Tiwa would need to get their proper clearance.# #“Alvin, Tiwa and Osea will only be able to play upon Fiji FA giving out their Inter Transfer Certificate (ITC). But currently there is a dispute between the players and their clubs.#“Ba and Lautoka have both stated that the players have breached their contracts and dues need to be cleared.
