Mr. Singh was a dedicated husband, a father and a community worker. He gave many years of his valuable life and service for the Youth of this country, initially as a President of Combines Brothers Club, Suva Soccer Association and finally Fiji FA President from 1983-1985. #He took up by the post of Fiji FA President in 1983 and held it until 1985. In his short reign saw the introduction of changes in the administrative section of Fiji FA. Mr. Singh set in motion the idea of more accountable and structured administration to take care of football in Fiji.
