Fiji Football Association proudly welcomes a new initiative which is the Fiji Sun/GP Batteries Fans National Football League in a bid to get fans one step closer to the action and at the same time generate some revenue to assist in the operations of Fiji FA.#From next week Vodafone and Inkk Users can predict result of the National Football League matches played in the weekend from their mobile phones. #They can predict only the match of their choice or all scheduled matches of the week, each prediction will cost 50 cents. Fans can predict a win or a draw. #For a correct answer a fan will get three points and 1 point if the fans prediction for a draw was right. #After a round of weekend matches points will be totaled and sorted in a points table which will then appear every Wednesday in the Fiji Football News for fans to see their standings. #At the end of the season the fan with the highest point will be declared the 2012 Fiji Sun/GP Batteries Fans National Football League winner.#The overall winner receives a trophy, $1500 prize money, open pass to all 2013 Fiji FA sanctioned matches, football merchandise and a surprise gift package. #In the 2013 season overseas will also be able to participate online. #Please Note: Participation is only open to Fiji residents for the 2012 Fiji Sun/GP Batteries Fans National Football League. #
