A total of 25 clubs will participate in the annual NCC playoffs. Fiji FA chief executive officer Bob Kumar says 13 teams from the southern division, 8 from the western and 4 from north will compete to be crowned the champion club in Fiji. #The zonal playoffs will be played on three different venues, scheduled for the 20-21st of November. The NCC finals will be held the following 27-28th weekend of November at Govind Park where the eight qualifiers from the three zones will clash. #During the press conference Kumar announced that generous sponsors RC Manubhai and Southern Forest have decided to continue their support towards Fiji FA.#He also revealed the break down of the prize money. #“Our current sponsors RC Manubhai and Southern Forest have agreed to continue with their sponsorship and each will pay $3,000-00 each. Fiji FA is really thankful for their support. #“The overall winner will receive $3,000-00 and the runner up $1,000-00. The eight teams which qualify for the NCC finals will receive $500-00 each for their preparation,” Kumar said. #Meanwhile defending NCC champions Southern Forest has been drafted in southern division pool 3 alongside Flamengo United (Tailevu Naitasiri), Waste Recyclers (Nasinu) and Fiji Fish (Lami). #“13 teams from the southern division, 8 from the west and 4 in the north will be part of the playoffs.
